Step 1 - ATTEND A FREE CLASS

If you’re new to CrossFit and are curious what it’s all about, don’t worry – we all had the same questions at one time or another. Is it worth it? Can I do it? Does it work? That’s where it all starts. And to answer your questions, yes, yes and yes.

But the best way to learn is to see it for yourself. No signups, no fees, just drop into one of our free Saturday classes!

Step 2 - ON-RAMP

If you have never done CrossFit before, or if it has been a while, this is where you will start.  Our On-Ramp consists of 6 classes over the course of 2 weeks that will teach you all about what CrossFit is, proper technique, nutrition for both health and fitness, and mobility assessments, among other things.  The goal of this program is to get you prepared to join our regular classes. Following completion of the 6 classes, you will then have unlimited access to our group classes for the remainder of the month.

  • Small group class ($135.00)
  • Private ($199.00)- For those who need more personalized attention or who cannot make the regular scheduled group On-Ramp times

Step 3 - Become a member

With On-Ramp under your belt, you’re ready to find the right membership for you and your goals. You’ll have access to the expertise and experience of our coaches and all that our community has to offer.

From your first time in our gym to our most advanced programming, we look forward to having you as athletes and friends. See you at the gym!
