CLASS SCHEDULE

It is important to RSVP to classes so that our coaches are prepared to work with the number of athletes coming to each class. Our primary focus is Fitness Instruction, so we strive to maintain a coach-to-athlete ratio of 1 to 20 or better. See our class times are listed on the right and below you can see our live class schedule.

CLASS TYPES

CrossFit – An entire group workout class filled with others at your same fitness and physical preparedness levels.

Yoga (Sundays 9am/6pm) – A class focused on flexibility, agility and spiritual soundness to increase your functional fitness overall.
